Selection of finely cut cocktail sandwiches on white, granary and wholemeal breads:

• Smoked ham and salad

• Poached chicken in curried mayonnaise

• Fresh salmon and dill mayonnaise

• Prawn mayonnaise and mixed leaf

• Free range egg mayonnaise and watercress (v)

• Cream cheese and cucumber (v)

  With a choice of three savoury items from the following:

• Smoked ham and cheese tartlets

• Homemade Cumberland sausage rolls (df)

• Blinis with smoked salmon, cream cheese and mustard dill sauce

• Caramelised onion and gruyere cheese tartlets (v)

• Roast butternut squash falafels (vegan, df)

  Traditional fruit and plain scones served with strawberry jam and clotted cream

  With a choice of three cakes from the following:

• Individual Victoria sponge cakes with cream and strawberry jam

• Chocolate fudge brownies (df)

• Lemon and elderflower drizzle cake

• Glazed fresh fruit tartlets

• Sticky ginger cake

• Carrot cake

Gluten free, dairy free and vegan sandwiches, savouries and cakes available on request

Prices start from £46.50 a person based on a minimum of 12 guests to include a selection of sandwiches, savoury items and cakes, a selection of English and fruit teas and coffees, vintage china, and cutlery.
