Our fine dining menus are our most impressive and they are ideal for prestigious lunch or dinner occasions and weddings. Our menus combine the unexpected and the familiar to create beautifully presented, delicious dishes. Our fine dining chefs and trained service staff can bring the finest restaurant to life in your home, marquee or chosen venue. Build your own menu with your favourites for your perfect event.

 
 

Starters

  • Chargrilled asparagus, poached duck egg and crisp pancetta salad (gf, df)

  • Fresh crab ravioli served with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil oil

  • Pan fried scallops served with mixed tomatoes, tapenade and tomato vinaigrette

  • Cornish crab and fresh salmon tartare served with crushed avocado and gazpacho coulis (gf)

  • Fresh asparagus soup with chervil cream (v, gf)

  • Handmade burrata and black truffle tortellini served with roast cherry tomatoes (v)

  • Tamarind-glazed beetroot served with baby spinach and pistachios (vegan, gf, df)

  • Heritage tomato, avocado and micro basil salad served with balsamic dressing (vegan, gf, df)

    All served with baskets of assorted warmed rolls and butter

    Main Courses

  • Rack of herb crusted lamb served with fine green beans, dauphinois potatoes and rosemary jus

  • Medallions of beef fillet with morels and marsala crème fraiche sauce served with steamed green vegetable selection and crushed new potatoes (gf)

  • Roast guinea fowl with baby onions, lardons, peas, gem lettuce and mint served with pomme purée (gf)

  • Slow roast pheasant breast served with with pumpkin purée, lentils and button onions in a red wine sauce (gf)

  • Pan fried chicken suprème with cream, mushroom and tarragon sauce served with crushed jersey royal potatoes, fine green beans and mange tout (gf)

  • Duck breast, confit duck croquette and bacon lardons served with new potatoes, wilted spinach and orange sauce

  • Halibut with Morecambe Bay shrimps and samphire served with butter and chive potatoes (gf)

  • Pan fried salmon fillet served with asparagus, crushed new potatoes and dill and chervil butter sauce (gf)

  • Maple-glazed butternut squash, ratatouille, spinach and goat’s cheese stack (v, gf)

  • Stuffed Romano peppers with puy lentils, pine nuts and apricots served with spiced tahini sauce (vegan, gf, df)

    Desserts

  • Trio of mini desserts: lime posset, elderflower and champagne jelly and vanilla panna cotta (gf)

  • Chocolate mousse cake with date and almond crust (vegan)

  • Warm French apricot and almond tarte served with pouring cream

  • Bramley apple and oat crumble served with vegan ice cream (vegan)

  • Trio of mini desserts: individual sticky toffee pudding, chunky maple syrup and apple compote and vanilla bean ice cream served with apple crisp

  • Raspberry crème brûlée served with coulis, vanilla cream meringue and white chocolate shortbread

  • Mini dessert plate: sharp Sicilian lemon tarte, mini fruit pavlova, Pimms jelly and raspberry sorbet

  • Rose and raspberry panna cotta with fairy floss and rose petals (gf)

  • Mini dessert plate: chocolate tarte, salted caramel, honeycomb chocolate shard and caramel cream

  • Passion fruit mousse with exotic fruit salad and passion fruit sorbet (gf)

    All served with a selection of English and fruit teas and coffees served in cafetières

 
 

Prices start from £115.00 a person based on a minimum of 8 guests to include a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses, 1 dessert, a selection of tea and coffee, all the necessary service equipment, crockery, cutlery, linen to the dining table, and linen serviettes.
