COLD FORK BUFFET MENUS

Our cold fork buffets are what we first started serving over 30 years ago and what gained us our excellent reputation. These menus are perfect for a summer party whether you’re celebrating a special birthday, wedding anniversary or just getting the family together. The dishes are all colourful, full of flavour and guaranteed to impress your guests. Build your own menu from the selection below, you’ll find something for everyone!

 
 

Meat

  • Thai beef fillet salad with mint, fresh coriander and Thai dressing (df)

  • Chargrilled chicken Caesar salad with bacon and croutons

  • Oriental duck salad with ginger, honey and soy (df)

  • Smoked chicken and avocado salad (gf, df)

  • Platters of sliced smoked ham, topside of beef and turkey (gf, df)

  • Poached chicken in a light curried mayonnaise (gf)

  • Sliced peppered beef fillet with sugar snap peas, asparagus and broad beans (gf, df)

Fish

  • Seared salmon with fresh asparagus, lemon and honey dressing (gf, df)

  • Whole dressed poached salmon served with watercress and chive mayonnaise (gf)

  • Poached salmon fillets with dill and cucumber dressing (gf)

  • Oriental fresh salmon salad with lime, fresh coriander and chilli (df)

  • Hot-smoked salmon with avocado and new potatoes in a soured cream dressing

    Vegetarian and Vegan

  • Coronation chickpea and jersey potatoes (gf, v)

  • Warmed French onion and gruyere tarte (v)

  • Roast Mediterranean vegetables with goat’s cheese and Iranian couscous (v)

  • Italian panzanella bread salad with tomatoes, black olives and fresh basil (df, v)

  • Roast heritage beetroot with candied walnuts and peashoots (gf, df, vegan)

    Side Salads and Accompaniments

  • Traditional potato salad with soured cream and chive dressing (gf, v)

  • Mixed tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad (gf, v)

    All served with baskets of assorted warmed rolls and butter

  • Warmed French apricot and almond tarte

  • Pavlova filled with cream, strawberries and red berries (gf)

  • Dark chocolate roulade with white chocolate filling (gf)

  • Fresh fruit salad served with almond shortbread (df)

  • Hot bread and butter pudding

Prices start from just £46.75 a person based on a minimum of 35 guests to include 3 main course dishes, 3 side dishes and 3 desserts, a selection of teas and coffees, all the necessary service equipment, crockery, and cutlery.
